Items for EUOS in July (near go-live)

  1. Draft a go-live news release (this can probably be the same for all campuses)

  2. Come up with a repository area for teaching materials (to share across campuses)?

  3. Continue to revisit the website: what needs to be added? How do we transition the website to a future team?

  4. Plan (maybe with Internal Training, or maybe simply articulate to IT about specific needs) for more in-depth orientations for library staff regarding Primo, CDI, etc.

  5. Other?

Assign owner/team to drafting a go-live news release

News release writers: Olivia, Melinda, Melanie - have a draft ready to share with EUOS on July 12: examples

Repository area structuring: Becca, Stacy, Corliss - something needs to be in place by go-live
