Ask team for designated alternate for ICs → PMOLs: what’s the update on this? Talked to Lena/Christine - setting up a “medium” level protocol. (low = out for only a couple weeks)

• What level of succession planning should we have? no names now; names now; names + prep now.

• Who do we need backups for? Which groups / persons are necessary?

• Make sure all the ICs have thought about their backup and what they would do. Who is their point person for making that decision: DOC member. Can the team support the newbies rather than doing constant prep of backups?

• Bill: Should we do a review of the implementation sheets? → safe room style no minutes.

• Tom: Maybe check in individually on Slack with folks.

• How can we make sure UCSB has the support they need for vanguard, given they are already live in Alma/Primo?
