Laurie is located in Boston, with Ex Libris 8 years - focus on migration. Used to work for an academic library and campus IT department. Ping Gao - 15 years at Ex Libris; started on Aleph, then support. Last year moved back into implementation. Located in Chicago. Marina Spivakov - Project sponsor - oversee the project; liaison between project team and other teams - PM team and dev, migration and any other teams needed. Point for escalation. based in Toronto.
