• end of July through end of August: Initial configurations in preparation for the vanguard Alma environments

• Alma trainings adjusted per UC’s request to allow more time for alerting campuses about training: The first week’s training was combined with the second weeks

• Mondays: Post questions by EOD Mondays for Thursdays office hours or special meetings. (3 business days in advance)

• Wednesdays: Complete training videos by Wednesdays

• Wednesdays: Post questions by EOD Wednesdays for Mondays Q&A. (3 business days in advance)

• Thursdays: Office hours this Thursday 7/9

• Marci asked that a question be posted in one place (discussion, meeting agenda, etc.) but do not “double dip” and ask the same question to multiple places. If discussion about a question is needed, submit it for office hours.

Questions

• (Alison Ray) CDL isn't listed for the ‘initial configuration' in the full schedule - could you confirm there's nothing to configure in the NZ on these forms? That’s correct, no configuration form needed for loading at this time.

Other / Homework

• Caitlin showed the swim lanes timeline:

  • FGs and PPC are doing some assessment and test planning for the decisions they made.

  • Alma campuses are sharing their test plans from when they migrated

  • Goal of Alma vanguard training is to be able to test the Alma environment that we’ll get on Sep 4.
