1	Weekly project status update from Ex Libris PM, Marci Degnan	Awareness of project status and upcoming work		ExL, Marci	Meeting notes are in Docs & Files on basecamp end of July through end of August: Initial configurations in preparation for the vanguard Alma environments Alma trainings adjusted per UC’s request to allow more time for alerting campuses about training: The first week’s training was combined with the second weeks Mondays: Post questions by EOD Mondays for Thursdays office hours or special meetings. (3 business days in advance) Wednesdays: Complete training videos by Wednesdays Wednesdays: Post questions by EOD Wednesdays for Mondays Q&A. (3 business days in advance) Thursdays: Office hours this Thursday 7/9 Marci asked that a question be posted in one place (discussion, meeting agenda, etc.) but do not “double dip” and ask the same question to multiple places. If discussion about a question is needed, submit it for office hours.

4	Questions				(Alison Ray) CDL isn't listed for the ‘initial configuration' in the full schedule - could you confirm there's nothing to configure in the NZ on these forms? That’s correct, no configuration form needed for loading at this time.
5	Other / Homework				Caitlin showed the swim lanes timeline: FGs and PPC are doing some assessment and test planning for the decisions they made. Alma campuses are sharing their test plans from when they migrated Goal of Alma vanguard training is to be able to test the Alma environment that we’ll get on Sep 4.
