RG: 100% of time on COVID currently LG: For us, I’ve been inundated with WFH requests, and now they’re locking the buildings! Hoping next week will be more work-focused and less chaos-focused. TB: Same here, we’re trying to catch up to WFH / work remotely CN: I’m available! CM: A lot of us are in a mad scramble now, but 4-5 weeks from now people are going to have a LOT of time to work on folks. |

2 | Vanguard dicussion | Prepare a preliminary rec for WG | 25 | Team | Prep for March 20th WG discussion on There were communication issues in sending out Vanguard info to everyone all at once. Some ICs felt like it caused undue anxiety in their leadership, or that they weren’t prepared to handle or prep their leaders on the issue. The communication plan for ICs has been revised and documented here: IC Communcation Plan Draft About the “vanguard as default decision makers” issue: No major concerns in the group (though we ran out of time to discuss fully)
