• The WG is doing final editing on a document for testers to “sign”, Acknowledgement of Data Security Responsibilities under FERPA: Library Staff. Edits will be done by EOD 8/25. The PMs have created a google form for ICs to direct staff who request VG Alma accounts (being edited also). Testers will need to read the statement and click “yes” to acknowledge they have read it and agree to abide by it. Nice and easy. We’ll also put a copy of the statement in the IC gdrive folder in a Data Security subfolder for reference. Thanks to Peter Brantley and Todd Grappone for their work on the document!

Tom and Carlo will present this at the SILS Chairs meeting. → These notes need to go on an agenda somewhere?
