  • (discuss at 1/14 meeting) New How to request a special meeting process. This document is linked to from the Ex Libris Meetings Confluence page. 

  • (shared via slack on 1/5) A Fulfillment Network meeting needs to happen for existing Alma campuses (in January)

    • Since Alma campuses are not having configuration meetings, but there are some FFN adjustments that need to be made, EXL wants to meet with them as a group to discuss this in more detail

    • Svetlana will be providing days/times options for Alma campuses to select from

      • Meeting should be about one hour

    • This was discussed in the FFN group meeting on Dec 18.

    • Invite: ICs, Fulfillment FG, Sys Admins, etc.

    • PMs to wait for dates from Svetlana before polling cohort stakeholders (if needed).

Upcoming dates:

  • 1/7 configuration meeting with Ex Libris

  • Individual configuration meetings with Ex Libris 1/8-1/15

  • Existing Alma campuses fulfillment config meeting TBD

  3. Subgroup B, part 2 “external resources” (Lakshmi)- Deliverable: build list of resources over time on Confluence so it’s available to all

  4. Subgroup C: PPC and IC co-chairs will bring suggestions to Steering.

IC-hosted Printing-palooza/Printchella meeting

Use an IC meeting for a UC-led printing meeting. Alma campuses will present. Open it to FGs and local staff. Record the meeting.

  • Create Zoom meeting (Done! use existing IC meeting)

  • Create a spreadsheet survey to show the kind of printing that is being done at each existing Alma campus: Jeremy, Ramon. Must request access to the sheet.

Questions for Ex Libris PM (recurring)

Note: We lose in efficiency and we may lose in translation when questions go through the PMs. When topics come up that should logically go to Basecamp to the Ex Libris consultants, invite an IC (or appropriate person) to take point on that issue.
