Subgroup B, part 1 “questions how to” (Tom & Carlo, Greg to create a seed document; crowd source)

Subgroup B, part 2 “external resources” (Lakshmi)- Deliverable: build list of resources over time on Confluence so it’s available to all.

Subgroup C: PPC and IC co-chairs to discuss amongst themselves and bring back to Steering to say how they want to address it.

• Subgroup B, part 1: Continue or not? Hold for now.

• Subgroup B, part 2: Resources stub page started. Announce and ask others to contribute.

• Subgroup C: Coordinators meeting is our solution to bringing these groups together more closely to coordinate work. This has been relayed to Steering. Can we call Subgroup C “done”? Done!

• Schedule Test Load Lessons Learned - Feb 11 IC meeting? same meeting on debrief with ExL meeting on Feb 5.

• Known issues with Alma stub page created. Some links to sample pages included.

• Looking ahead…share with ICs to see if there’s interest in a UC-led session on Student Info Systems (SIS) integration which requires scripting. Marci suggested this might make for a good tips and tricks IC session. More broadly, should we brainstorm as a group the topics we know would make good UC-led sessions? The alternative is to let individuals use the Request a special meeting form. (Carlo’s sense is wait.)
