The Fulfillment and ILL FG wanted to share with you two of our recently finalized decision pages, along with a list of previously confirmed decisions for Test phase. Most of our configuration decisions regarding the Automated Fulfillment Network will be implemented by Ex-Libris on our behalf, but we just wanted to make sure you’re kept in the loop. We’re also providing our FG’s checklist of permissions and configurations that need to be done once the Test environments are delivered. These configurations are essential to our FG being able to test the Fulfillment Network. We’ve tried to outline who on the FG or locally would need to make the configurations.

1. Alma accounts estimate: Are the accounts ICs have in Alma in Test Load an accurate count of how many they will need? Survey forthcoming.

2. Primo VE links will be shared in SalesForce cases so it’s private for those campuses who do not want to share access broadly.

3. Encourage the ICs to share the data security acknowledgement verbiage locally.
