| 5 | Tom | Discussed at an earlier IC meeting but I’ll repeat it: The impetus for this email to CIOs was the phase 4 premortems where not communicating early enough with IT/CIOs was identified as a risk. Todd Grappone on the SILS WG offered to work with Adrian Petrisor (Com Leads) to draft a template email to mitigate this risk. Reason #2: CIOs have asked on several occasions to be kept informed about SILS. The template email was an easy way to make sure this happened consistently across all campuses. ULs were cc’ed so they were aware the communication happened. |
