How should EUOS stay in the loop for Primo VE decisions or decisions that will effect end users?
Ongoing agenda item added to Policy & Practice Coordinators (PPC) about EUOS (including criteria from 2021-04-02 EUOS-SC). (EUOS not expected to attend this meeting.)

The first week of May is the final opportunity to get a message in front of faculty at semester campuses. Do we know anything about service stoppage related to cutovers that will impact end users (see this as an example)

(June) Screenshot of the list of other UC campuses where you can get materials. Helpful if you’re already on Primo, would be best to be a screenshot of your own campus.
(June) Another option is to do a short video of doing a search at your campus and walking through borrowing (local campuses using local campus resources and video platforms). .Edu can get an educational account w/ loom. EUOS could provide guidelines, what criteria to include, and draft a script (which can also be used in closed captioning).
