CDL will host the zoom, IT hosts provide an introduction and manage the questions.

• Thursday 1-2:30 & Friday 11-12:30 still needed

• Need to add language about data privacy (recording) and showing environments

Data Permissions Sheet

• Remember, IT members will manage permissions for campuses during the training.

• Complete host sign-ups
• Katie Ritchey (Unlicensed) and Turnbow will update the host script

SILS Post Mortem & Handoff

Introduce the documents

We will spend time at a future meeting (TBD) completing the post mortem and hand-off documents when all of us can attend.

Please note any future IT meetings for which you will not be available to attend (between now and November 19). Our meeting on 9/10 will be cancelled due to the Analytics training.
