Keep them short and focused on a particular topic. Educate people beyond the co-hort about SILS. Is there another way to do this? LG to facilitate a structure for project and subteams to sign up for SILS Talks over the next year, with presentation slots on a monthly basis. This topic also came up at all chairs.
