• Drop in eresources counts (compared to FY22/23) - FY22/23 ACRL exclusions carried forward into FY23/24 build

• Should the exclusions continue to be global (applied to all reporting obligations, which is the current state of the build) or should they only be applied to ACRL stats?

• Is there any additional investigation needed into the stats, or does the explanation about exclusions suffice?

• Format designators in Resource Type labels - finalizing decision

• In our update to SILS LG that we wanted to have this finalized ahead of distributing the NZ stats to campuses.

• Please review decision page Statistics: Remove “electronic” and “physical” format designators from Resource Type Labels in annual statistics reporting before the meeting. If there are no changes needed, I would like us to finalize it.

Does AASA-PT need to provide any additional guidance or a deadline?

We do not yet have a solution for identifying withdrawn materials in the NZ and are not planning on investigating potential NZ solutions until the fall, after the FY23/24 stats collection period is concluded. In FY22/23 withdrawal stats were reported individually by campuses to their local risk management offices (CDL does not report withdrawal stats to UCOP risk management); these stats were not included in the final public report. In FY23/24, withdrawal stats will need to be handled in a similar way
