DECIDE: Implementation Coordinators make a decision for Target Go-live Date Choice

CONSENT SIGN OFF: Working Group signs off on recommendation

The implementation coordinators recommend the following Target Go-live Date Choice: 27 Jul 2021  for the following reasons: had the highest preference from all IC campuses, and none of the IC campuses indicated this was a "Hard Veto" date.
