Recommendation
The implementation coordinators recommend the following Target Go-live Date Choice: 27 Jul 2021 for the following reasons: had the highest preference from all IC campuses, and none of the IC campuses indicated this was a "Hard Veto" date.
Background
Ex Libris asked us to confirm a target go-live date for the summer of 2021. In the RFP and contract we specific a timeline that could take us through August 31, 2021, but preliminary consensus is that that would be too late for UCB / UCM, whose fall sessions start earlier. They penciled us in for July 20th (Tues) and we can either confirm that date or suggest a new one.
Previous go-live dates have typically been on a Tuesday, so we’re looking for a Tuesday in July or August, 2021 that would work for campuses.
