Reviewed draft charter and comments; one point of clarification was whether our group is responsible for creating and documenting workflows

Edited with accepted changes

The group agreed that it is ready to be put up as our final Charter once we have clarification about the inclusion or exclusion of backend Primo VE training

The group came to the conclusion that we will not be creating or documenting workflows but will provide training to support those workflows, especially as they pertain to systemwide workflows

One questions raised was whether this group will be dealing with training related to backend Primo VE

• Turnbow will take the question about backend training for Primo VE to the TOC group, including asking if they are discussing who should get Primo VE Certification along with the Alma Certification from the various SILS groups

Campuses who have already migrated to Alma/Primo should fill out the Lessons Learned spreadsheet based on their own campuses experience

TOC is working on putting together a a recommendation for who will be required to get Alma Certification training

What is the timeline for our group? Will be known more based on informtion from the TOC group as they get more information from Ex Libris itself

• Turnbow will create a place to track ALMA Train-the-Trainer participation recommendations for each campus 22 May 2020
