Tom Bustos, the chair of Implementation Coordinators, invited Catherine to join their meeting on Tuesday

Vanguard data extract deadline is coming up. Suggestions for Vanguard libraries: Given the tight timelines, do minimal cleanup with a focus on essential elements.

Marcia suggested it will be very helpful if the scope is made clear before the data extract for Vanguard, e.g. local SCP records can be left alone.

• Catherine Busselen post question to Basecamp: Will ExL be able to migrate campus 900-949 data to 950-999 as part of migration? Or, do campuses need to move the data before extraction?

ANSWER: This question had been posted to Basecamp already by Liz Miraglia, chair of the RM group. The answer is no, they do not have a mechanism to map these fields to other 9XX fields in the migration mapping so it will have to be done by the campuses as part of data cleanup.
