  • Tracking: there may be a need, but what degree is appropriate?

  • Monitoring deadline, and supporting ICs = SC

  • Hard to know who’s doing what on Basecamp - there is just so much going on there…

    • Can a PM filter that out and put it into a more readable format? → Com Leads?

  • Keeping track of deadlines on Basecamp - working with ExL project team = PMs

  • Need: putting together a spreadsheet so that we understand each campus' needs

    • Campus-level checklist? Campus relationship to the master list, problems, issues, etc.
