  • Benefit is some documents are really useful to share because they are needed by local imp teams.

  • benefit: more people outside the cohort need access to documents now, especially as we move into the Implementation phase

  • Risk: documents not ready for primetime may get shared. Confluence is our place of record for public sharing to the extent possible.

  • Risk: link sharing is view or edit.

  • Provide guidance via SILS Cohort email.

• We are currently focused on making decisions for Go-live. Immediately after go-live, there will be a 1-2 month period where you realize some decisions didn’t pan out and need to be revisited quickly (for a single campus). The turnaround time to make these adjustment decisions for the system could be longer. • CDL as Operational Home communication via SILS Cohort and SILS News and slack (going to WG for approval on 10/16, then ready for distribution)

• Ben Alkaly (Unlicensed) will draft a message on guidance around link sharing.
• Lena Zentall (Unlicensed) to ask Peter to check with Dale on gdrive permissions (e.g., can we set the links to view only and disable edit).

Finalize Value Props + distribution/posting plan. Send as a SILS News with context. Co-chairs to talk about the value props at the Town Hall.
