| 1 | Messaging Timeline | When should we begin to socialize and focus more on the new structure? Are folks familiar with when phase 4 concludes? Yes. Definitely in the Town Halls (verbally). It has also been in SILS-News - but a reminder would be good. Decision: Post go-live, the next SILS-News will highlight that phase 4 concludes at the end of the calendar year.
