| New decision page | (Test Phase) Recommendation for Testing Shared Patron Phone Number Data Validation | The Patron Data FG reached out to Elizabeth and Joe regarding phone numbers. The Patron Data group would like us to test it without adding a rule first to see if it can function without being validated. If the IZ validates phone numbers and throws and error, it might drop the whole patron record. There is the potential for changes in campus SISs to cause issues moving forward. We may need to flag specific fields of the patron record that will be pulled into the AFN.
| Testing items | Test rankings, testing items Accounts and permissions Test examples | All | Test scripts have been prioritized. As this FG tests different scripts ILL Ops will be able to track progress and jump in as necessary. Some items on the testing worksheet were removed because they no longer apply. Elizabeth will share meeting invites with ILL Ops moving forward. |

| Parking Lot | Ex Libris may need to help us write a flexible rule for phone numbers to allow for international numbers and different formats. This could potentially be a rule that will accept any string, rather than something specific. It sounds like multiple campuses lost existing recalls and holds when moving to Alma. | Members can add to the parking lot issues that they feel need to be considered or tracked.
| RLF Non-Circ items requestable for in-house use | Will need to test in Test Phase | There are some hacks used for library-use only items that can’t be checked out and back in because it will kick off a return process. This will have to be figured out for ExL. Davis tried creating a “Reading Room” circulation room. This was difficult for circulation staff to manage. There is now a transit step between ILL and the circ desks that allows the item to be checked out again before initiating the return process. This issue does not just apply for LUO items, but specifically to the RLFs. | Mark will reach out to Lynne Grigsby regarding this question, and based on this discussion, Joe F. and Elizabeth will start a discussion in Basecamp with Ex Libris if needed.
| RLF Ghost Records Discussion | This decision will be worked out throughout the test phase.
| DDS Decision Page (Test) Document Delivery Service (DDS) Setup Config forms - local campuses | Will need to be tested during the Test Phase |
