how to use Analytics to identify when a CZ record is activated in both the IZ and NZ
use cases:
reduce any local eDDA titles in the IZ that are already owned in the NZ (possibly through another vendor)
identify any titles where IZ coverage may override NZ coverage for users in Primo (UC Library Search) (see https://uc-sils.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ER/pages/2247131137 )
