If an IC needs to change a member on one of the teams, please handle this with an email to Lena and Christine.

Basecamp ToDo’s will remain one per IC Team, individually assigned to all IC’s. When done, IC’s will post a comment “done” and remove their name from Assigned To list. Or, @Bill Hackenberg (UCLA) (Unlicensed) will do this after the “done” comment is posted.

What we really need from ICs is the timeline - when do you need cleanup done or mapping done or whatever. Especially what is needed for vanguard - what tasks do we want to focus on there.

Separate messages in Basecamp per question. Ping not preferred.

Any issue related to ExL action items or milestones will go at a high level in Basecamp; internal steps and tasks will go into Confluence.

Docs will go in Google Drive; anything that we need to communicate to ExL can live in Basecamp.

All IC's need to watch the GTKA trainings

Individual tracking for required training will be done via comments, “I am done,” in the accompanying Basecamp task.

ICs recommend 5 campuses + CDL as vanguard participants.

Get ExL to give us the agendas for Biweekly calls with ExL scheduled Mondays 1-2pm, starting well in advance so we can invite the appropriate people.

We’re not expanding Basecamp to campus folks at large - each IC is empowered to post questions on their own. We can expand (or contract) later as actually needed.

Current Alma/Primo campuses bring your issues to Basecamp and document new changes / questions there.

UCD Law does fall into “new” category and will treated as such.

Record each Zoom call with Ex Libris and keep it to ourselves - check back in in a couple months and stop if needed.

Schedule a biweekly call with ExL with 5 new campuses, and optionally everyone. (Can invite others as needed.)

Include communication to WG that other events downstream might need adjustment.

There is no need for IC’s who already attended the earlier IC kick-off to also attend next week's SILS Phase 4 Cohort kick-off.
