  • For immediate followup questions, participants may unmute and ask a question (name, campus, your question)

  • For non-urgent questions, participants may post questions to chat; preface question with @EXL so it’s easy to isolate questions from the rest of the chat

  • After the meeting: Any questions Ex Libris does not answer will be followed up by Ex Libris later and added to the Basecamp meeting notes.

  • Please don’t forget to mute yourself when you join the meeting.

  • If a question has already been posted on the message board on Basecamp, no need to bring it to office hours. It has been seen and is being worked on.

Questions

See basecamp link above and meeting recording

  • If you see a difference in records between the IZ and NZ what do you do?

    • Report it to BC and provide the record numbers.

    • Laurie demoed how to view the original source of the record in the editor to see the origin of the record.

    • Lynne suggested it would help to have a guide outlining the steps, e.g., do A, B, C when this happens to troubleshoot.

    • Laurie agreed to provide instructions and thanked Lynne for sharing the example. Marci suggested including a slide with this information in the Using Alma for Data Review presentation for customers with an an IZ and NZ. That way, a campus can grab that slide to share locally.
