EUOS SILS Project End User Communications Webpage

Decision-making process	EUOS will investigate the needs and possible structure of a central webpage about the SILS project to communicate information to end users. When do we need it? By Feb-March 2021 - as communications to end users ramps up What needs to be on it? EUO determines How will we get the information that needs to be on it? EUO determines in conjunction with other SILS team Where will it live? Needs to be somewhere high level (UC website, COULs website, etc.) Potential move into https://libraries.universityofcalifornia.edu/sils/ - need to talk to PM group. Who will build it? Requires specialized knowledge on website design. Need to determine where it will live first. How do we test before launch? EUO determines, later in the process. Where do people go for more information? Two tiered - “buck stops here” contact, plus other info based on page content. Will we store training materials here? EUO determines.
