• UCB reporting collection level data for title count

• UCB item counts are very different from previous year - new staff member using new method.

• Reevaluate if Spec Coll title level data is required.

• UCB spec coll item level counts - can specific modifications be shared

• Concerns have been raised about dropping numbers because of DDA and OA exclusions

• Not all OA is being excluded - needs clarity of what’s being excluded and why.

• Daisy following up to clarify decision making process for what is being excluded for DDA and OA.

• UCB is seeing some discrepancies that are being reviewed in e-holdings and print holdings.

• Daisy will run Review file to track changes over each fiscal year.

• Daisy will schedule second report to provide interface names
