Campus report on what they have found in Test Load so far (by the record load order) | Information sharing | 55 min. | All | UCM - has yet to receive instance UCSD - has yet to receive logins for instance. SCP - only bibs via P2E. Local fields look normal. 1000+ multi-matches, but could be work. Some MARCIVE records migrated as undefined. Some availability showing only at collection level, not portfolio. UCLA - just starting to review. Accounts only arrived Wednesday. No big surprises so far. Multi-match is just under 2200. UCB - no huge surprises so far. Preferred name in patron records not mapped properly, but will be fixed in go Live. Multi-match was 0. Other people got accounts this morning. UCD - 2300+ multi-matches possibly due to Law Library. Everything works as expected with some minor issues. UCSB - Marcia out. Via Catherine, MARCIVE and Special Collection went over which weren’t supposed to. Only 300 or so multi-match. UCI - everything looked fine. A large number of records were contributed to the network zone. 2000 or so multi-match, half physical, half electronic. UCR - access Thursday or Friday. No major issues so far. Records and invoices migrated correctly. About 1000 multi-matches. Not a deep dig yet. UCSF - got environment late last week. Numbers look good. Any issues were expected behavior. A handful of multi-matches. |
