Liz:

• NZ account set up

• UCSD is training acq staff on creating short bibs in MARC to make some of the migration easier

• Also working through converting serials to NISO holdings, not likely to finish everything by migration but we’re done with a good chunk

UCLA:

• Potential problem with 035 fields with no prefix--UCSB reported that a Hathi Trust link with an OCLC number matching a prefix-less 035 was displaying in Primo. (https://na07.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/01UCSB_INST/1ask38v/alma990026394600203776 )

• P2E data migration problem: when we had two 856s that both qualified to create portfolios, and only one of them had a $z public note, the public note got mapped to both portfolios. Reported to ExL.

• Opening up spring workshop to all cataloging staff who are willing to watch the videos ahead of time.
