Developing Work Plan

Break deliverables down into additional tasks where known and identify where more work may be needed

Add timeline information and dependencies where they do not exist

Identify what gaps there are in the deliverables/tasks/timeline (i.e. PrimoVE)

Are there other details we would like to include in the Work Plan (i.e. links to external documentation, ownership, internal deadlines vs EL timeline, etc.)

Determine who will make the Work Plan “pretty” for submission to TOC

Determine if we can meet an end of August deadline for the presentation of this work plan to the TOC

Meeting Immediate Needs

Review initial GoogleDoc for documenting informal feedback

Understand weekly messaging assignments; create a schedule for Peter, Brian, Catherine, and Dominique for the next few sessions. Weekly tasks include:

  1. Posting exercises from basecamp to confluence (before Wed)

  2. Creating new Google form for Weekly questions (before Wed)

  3. Sending email to SILS Chairs and IT team for distribution (Wed)

  4. Posting weekly questions to basecamp (following Monday)

  • Turnbow will post Week 1 and Week 2 to confluence.
  • Brian David (Unlicensed) and Peter Soriano (Unlicensed) will move anything that looks like it is not in DRAFT into Confluence pages, including Week 5 to be published by 7/28
  • Turnbow will be responsible for creating and sending out IT and Chairs email each week
  • Catherine Busselen will be responsible for Google Forms weekly questions, creating and posting to Basecamp
