PPC / FG testing plan: ask each group what they want to test, and who you want to share your results with once you test.

At least have one test plan for each decision / group

Testing is a through-line from the vision as well - focus on consortial

• Ex Libris will deliver our new test environment ~Sep 4.

• August is devoted to training on configuration.

• Nov 6 is end of vanguard

Who should attend Vanguard Alma training sessions scheduled in BaseCamp? Should all members of FC and EL groups be part of this?

Who should attend ongoing special meetings scheduled in Basecamp? Should PPC be part of this?
