2 | Alma certification training | Become a Certified Alma Administrator and gain the knowledge and skills to administer and manage Alma system configuration. This certification program is entirely self-paced -- all online training content is openly available on the Knowledge Center, and the certification exam can be taken at any time through the Ex Libris Academy. https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Training/Alma_Administration_Certification We need at least one volunteer to make our 2 per FG quota. HathiTrust links surfaced in Request: If the item is held by UC, it will be found via the Fulfillment Network. If it is not, they will be directed to the ILL pathway. ETAS links are held by UC. There might be an opportunity for direct integration between Reprint’s beta product and Alma. Creating the opportunity for demand driven aquisition (DDA). This could include Elsevier as well as any other content that we decide to make available this way. It is anticipated that there would be statistics available through Alma for DDA requests. Options 1 and 2 are both technically feasible. CDL would need to be notified through Joe if the group wants to move forward with Option 2. Work would need to begin quite quickly to accomplish this. |

5 | Harmonization work | Homework- make sure you’ve filled in the spreadsheet for your campus https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-W2psaW6GsgOTD1ByTHRF00bikcnVR6W/edit#gid=1939968629 | All | There is some thinking that it is easier to increase loan periods than decrease them. There might be a way to control patron data as requests are made and patron accounts are created. This would create new users beholden to local loan rules. | ||||
