PM planning

  • Message to the cohort & proposed timing

    • 3/31: PMs will discuss at SILS Steering

    • 4/1 PMs share with Com Leads

    • 4/1 & 4/2: Joanna talks with IT & EUOS at their next SC meetings; ask about their project management needs

    • 4/2: GW & CS share with WG

    • 4/8: PMs confirm plans Joanna, Christine, Lena

    • 4/8: PMs discuss with Marci

    • Week of 4/12: SILS co-chairs send a message to the cohort

  • For IT -- One of the IT co-chairs attends the first 5-10 minutes of the ExLPM meeting to cover training issues/questions on a rotational-basis weekly. (Thursday is ideal since it’s between the IT SC meeting and the IT meeting on Friday). Supplement with using sils-exl-ucs-pm-l@listserv.ucop.edu if questions arise.

  • For EUOS -- No pressing PM needs. Ask co-chairs to reach out to PMs directly. EUOS also has a regular meeting with Com Leads and can bring issues to them.
