wiki link on uc lib sils page | update the “View the UC Libraries SILS Project wiki on Confluence” link to go to https://uc-sils.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UCSILS , rather than ‘phase 4 archive’ | Alison
NZ PrimoVE ‘staff use’ for ILL license terms | Let ILL staff use NZ PrimoVE to see ILL licensing terms. Couched as either the NZ PrimoVE is ‘staff view’ or just temporary until the larger ‘visibility of ILL licensing terms’ project is completed. | ILL staff need to be able to see license terms. In discussion with the Eres & Acq chairs, it sounds like there are several steps to getting these to show in IZ PrimoVEs.
Running Consortia-Wide Analytics | Come up with a solution allows us to run reports for the whole consortia. This ability was in the RFP? How much can we push back? Do we need to explore another solution? | Recently had a need to run a consortia wide report for resource management. Even when running at night, the report was timing out. Ex Libris' response (06314859) was to limit to individual IZs except that isn’t feasible with this need. Not the first time I’ve been told not to run consortia-wide reports (05759999). As an aside, this particular situation Thought it might be related to a bug per UCSB’s ticket from October UCSB ticketed (05300911) but Ex Libris says no. Further info from Jeremy Hobbs, “I do remember at the CSUs that it was impossible to do any kind of true consortia report of all titles or similar things. You always had to filter by campus and combine results later.” |
