NZ PrimoVE ‘staff use’ for ILL license terms

Let ILL staff use NZ PrimoVE to see ILL licensing terms. Couched as either the NZ PrimoVE is ‘staff view’ or just temporary until the larger ‘visibility of ILL licensing terms’ project is completed.

ILL staff need to be able to see license terms. In discussion with the Eres & Acq chairs, it sounds like there are several steps to getting these to show in IZ PrimoVEs.

Planio Account for Sherry?

It would be useful if Sherry could easily see the ER troubleshooting stuff I’m currently doing. Both new tickets as well as languishing tickets.

CDI Issue Update

Spreadsheet of CDI tickets (just CDL tickets at the moment).

  • Some tickets are staying in Tier 1 for more than 30 days.

  • Lack of communication with many tickets. Unclear if they’re being worked on by Ex Libris or not.
