• Specifically, carefully go over product requirements

• Reschedule the presentation/meeting OCLC had back in December

• vdx replacement as a standing monthly agenda item (2nd wednesdays)

Problems with journal issue or article requests

Sabrina has identified an issue where Physical Loan requests are being passed from Alma to VDX and WSILL as CNR requests.

• This is probably happening everywhere. Maybe due to OpenURL or perhaps the existence of page numbers or other data in specific fields?

Sometimes the RLFs (and perhaps other UC lenders too) will create a request on their end as a lender to fill a request that came from them but won’t attach to the original request.

• This is a fine way to go about things but if this happens lenders need to inform borrower so they can update/cancel the original borrowing request.

Digitization request that goes to the “Digitization Dept for Institution”
