Some complications:

  • More collapsed groups? Like “Journal (Ceased publication)” bundled into “Journal”? removing this question for FY23/24 (to keep the decision simple), can take up in a future year/iteration

  • More removing of formats, e.g. “ - Microfilm” and “ - Microfiche.” This gets complicated because “Microforms” is also its own resource type.

  • Group approved removing “electronic” and “physical” designation from the resource type labels

    • "Detailed All Data" view (tables) will include the original resource types

    • Final reports will have the revised resource types
