UC User Counts

Should we keep updating the UC Alma user counts spreadsheet?

We currently have an automated monthly report that emails Gem the UC systewide user counts. We then transfer that to a spreadsheet that the SILS Cohort can review. Does the increased user counts change the level of reporting needed?

We’ll keep this for now. At least until we see how the new numbers shake out.

• Complications with moving people to SSO. Would it make sense to offer to create a 2nd account? (and deactivate the first?)

• We probably should only deactivate, not delete users.

Gem will add a separation section to our user account doc.
