• Question from Slack: what to do with records that have changed OCLC number in the NZ? (Example: 9912331141506531)? Remove holdings and re-catalog? Ask campuses with holdings if it’s ok to restore the original record? Would be nice to have a procedure.

• Shared Collections has added the request form for Adding Individual OA Monographic Titles (Pilot) on CDL SCP webpage

• SCP has also shared the draft request form for Adding CalDocs titles for campus input

  • CalDocs is separate from the OCLC GovDoc records, which are only federal documents.

•  TJ Kao: Draft document with screenshots to outline how campuses should resolve NZ records when the OCLC number was erroneously changed.

•  Everyone: Review draft request form for Adding CalDocs titles and provide feedback to SCP-AC representative.

Shi has agreed to have SCP to take on the loading of WorldCat records for GovDoc.

Question for the group:

Any strong objection to the idea of waiting for the new SCP Head, Marcus Jun, to tackle this task? (Marcus' first day will be February 10th)
