tools review | (fwiw, alison really hates the running meeting notes format) | all | Too long; hard to copy and set up new agenda; GSL/AMR don’t like. Parking lot is useful at the end |

rapido discussion | what to do with rapido info? | caitlin/joe/alison | postpone to Thursday 31st |

Track Issues/Shared Repository | What tools should Discovery use for tracking issues and shared Git repository? | Gem | Mentioned this in Slack with Caitlin/Jackie/Tom back on March 8. Should this go to OT? Does this get included in DOC tools thing? Should SILS Ops Team run this? DOC is running a team, but it’s a long way off. This is a good proof of concept if SILS Ops takes this on. Questions:

Tracking listserv requests | How do we know when a request has been answered? | Gem | Caitlin is the point person on all AskSils / SILS News etc. If CN hasn’t done it obviously in two days, then ping her.
LG Slack admin | Get a SILS Ops Center admin on the LG Slack channel | Caitlin | SILS Policy is to have a SILS Ops Center admin on all private Slack channels. We’re waiting for LG to respond and add Caitlin to the channel, then we can remove Celina.
Parking Lot | Still pending: LG access requests tools review (confluence meeting format) ‘what to do with rapido’ |

NZ PrimoVE ‘staff use’ for ILL license terms | Let ILL staff use NZ PrimoVE to see ILL licensing terms. Couched as either the NZ PrimoVE is ‘staff view’ or just temporary until the larger ‘visibility of ILL licensing terms’ project is completed. | ILL staff need to be able to see ILL license terms for eResources. In discussion with the Eres & Acq chairs, it sounds like there are several steps to getting these to show in IZ PrimoVEs.
Work: to allow terms to show up there’s at least one setting in Alma, and one setting in Primo. Davis has it set to show (we can copy their settings?) |

Running Consortia-Wide Analytics | Come up with a solution allows us to run reports for the whole consortia. This ability was in the RFP? How much can we push back? Do we need to explore another solution? | Recently had a need to run a consortia wide report for resource management. Even when running at night, the report was timing out. Ex Libris' response (06314859) was to limit to individual IZs except that isn’t feasible with this need. They suggested as an alternative to limit by various letters of the alphabet (so 26 individual reports . . . ). Not the first time I’ve been told not to run consortia-wide reports (05759999). Thought it might be related to a bug UCSB ticketed (05300911) but Ex Libris says no. Further info from Jeremy Hobbs, “I do remember at the CSUs that it was impossible to do any kind of true consortia report of all titles or similar things. You always had to filter by campus and combine results later.” | Let’s bring this to ExL support meeting 3/21 and ACAG on 3/28 and debrief after that.

3 | Planio Account for Sherry? | It would be useful if Sherry could easily see the ER troubleshooting stuff I’m currently doing. Both new tickets as well as languishing tickets. | Gem | (AMR): +++, the rest of CDL Collections has accounts, in keeping for Sherry to have one. |
