• Tracking: there may be a need, but what degree is appropriate?

    • Make these monthly? default 30-min monthly checkin

• Hard to know who’s doing what on Basecamp - there is just so much going on there…

  • Can a PM filter that out and put it into a more readable format? → Com Leads?

• Need: putting together a spreadsheet so that we understand each campus' needs

We had our first 90. After your second 90, do you think you will be able to have all the data you need to make a more informed estimate for a realistic migration timeline? If not, is there anything the PM/SC can do to help direct the 2nd 90m meeting to get what you need? Make sure you get what you need from the second meeting to be able to make that estimate. We will advocate for you, and in order to do that we need the UC estimate as soon as possible.

One of the SC members should attend the ExL meetings as a listener.

How can we make the vanguard more spacious? Do we extend the deadline? Yes maybe, but need to protect the Test Load timeline because of possible COVID / library openings.
