GSL

ELUNA enhancements are now called CERV. I believe anyone can now submit enhancements (i.e. campuses don’t have to go through us) but only paying ELUNA members will be able to vote.

CERV is the name for the entire process. It uses two different pieces of software:

• Aha! for enhancement submissions and

• ElectionBuddy for enhancement voting

• Slack cleanup:

  • Did we pull out analytics people from Cohort slack from a while back?

  • New groups / old groups

• Confluence documentation update:

  • Create a space docs

• Listserv:

  • Is there a desire to keep an archive of an old group? Because UCOP will delete everything.

  • → Put this in the offboarding of any group that the archives will be deleted and they can open a ticket if they want more information.
