• IP Match Criteria (Libraries Tab)

• Acquisitions/General (Acq Section) - including PO/POL

  • Use caution with the “Served Libraries” field. It should only list libraries that have their own Acquisitions unit.

• Licensing Terms tab

GOAL: Have finalized note for IC by 8/7. Propose wording in Slack.

Locations have to be cleaned up before test load phase. Location questions should be posed to the IC.

• Subgroup looking at significance/usage for IP ranges in location tab: Carla Arbagey ; Paula Pascual will be available starting next week; Lisa Spagnolo will connect w/Josephine about this, also talk to PPC

Planning for Assessment/Testing for Vanguard

Continuing discussion for assessment and testing from FG perspective. Incorporate ILSDC approach, assess timeline considering other deliverables.
