RMFG: trying to take it slow as we all get back from the break. We’ll probably spend January figuring out how to update policy documents as we go and how many we need for test load along with finding more things to test.

Discovery: gathering feedback (due by Jan 15th) from our local implementation teams re: Primo Search Profiles recommendations.  Discovery FG will make recommendations for scopes and their definitions and have ready for the Feb. 5th deadline for providing Primo VE configurations to ExL. Option to provide feedback through this Google form.

Tech Serv. ELG: had a meeting yesterday and started the conversation sournding EDTs and RLF records.

DCFG will not meet until next week, when we will start assessing our experience with harvesting digital collections into Primo and making plans for the Test phase.

Fulfillment: Working through our loan period and block harmonization discussions ahead of filling out the Automated Fulfillment Network form for Test Phase. Getting our testing materials ready for Test Phase.

• January: create an RLF records Confluence page. Where would that live? Also, regarding the politics of how to handle records for items sent to RLFs, does library administration play a role in setting the tone for these decisions? Who makes the decisions about whether to suppress/not suppress/delete?

  • Who from CDL should PPC liaise with?

  • Can CDL create a list of shared services that they will be providing? Would like to create a document that could be shared with cohort.

We may want to remind existing Alma libraries to review their configurations if they do not need to fill out a form.
