This is a place to capture what form of identification a patron currently uses to borrow material at their own campus library, so we can identify what those patrons will also be using when borrowing materials in-person at another UC campus.

UCD | Aggiecards are issued for current faculty, staff and students. | For our 1 time exception we permit any Government issued ID card with picture. | Kerberos ID is used as the primary. | UCD tries to be hard nosed about this allowing only a 1 time exception for users who leave their aggiecard home. We add a note in Alma. |
UCSF | UCSF ID- UCSF’s campus ID card issued to current faculty, staff, and students | Driver’s License or other from of photo ID | UCSF ID card number - UCSF’s campus ID card issued to current faculty, staff, and students. | Medical Center staff ID #'s don’t show up on their ID cards. These folks using other campus libraries is probably highly unlikely, but they need to be found in Alma using their name regardless of if they have their UCSF badge with them. |
