Capturing monthly AFN ILL UC Stats for Borrowing and Lending. Capturing list of requested AFN Borrowing journal titles for annual CCC reports. 2. (May have to be discussed jointly with fulfillment subgroup): Courtesy (upcoming) overdue please renew and recently overdue notices sent to AFN Borrowers by the Lending institution. We have had several for AFN requests which comes from lenders. Problem is the courtesy reminders from other institutions (Lending institution) instructs the Network Borrower to go to the Lenders home institution portal to log in to request their renewal, for example, which the Network user cannot do. We also got an out of the box overdue notice from a Lender that was one day overdue and sounded over-threatening about charges coming up soon for lost/late materials. This upset our patron. We need to discuss maybe using more generic language on these notices or seek other solutions for including local Borrowing information. (LMW) 3.
