Phase 4 Decisions

• ERES decision pages correspond to work plan items

• Once a work plan item is started

  • Chair will

    • create a decision page with DRAFT in the title

    • find a Project Lead and together, define the scope and the goal of the page

    • facilitate work with other SILS groups

  • Project Lead will

    • update the page

    • bring updates to the group

    • With Chair, add to agenda as needed

• If needed, decision page can be converted to a policy/documentation page (tagged pnp)
