Meeting notes
10/28/2020- Tim introduced the project to the local team highlighting the difference between Primo VE and Millenium and the inclusion of a discovery layer. Decided to treat the outreach of this as “big deal” (Elsevier negotiations) and “small deal” (new database acquisition) at the same time.
12/9/2020- Group began to track locations, both within and outside of the library, where the current catalog names are used. Tim presented a internal presentation to be used for appropriate Library groups.
1/20/2021- Group began to gather feedback from programs. Timeline was laid out and communication plan was developed.
2/26/2021- Began to develop a LibAnswers FAQ and build a local website to compile all of the work done.
