Melvyl is currently in use within UC. We need to determine how it is being used at each campus, and if/how Alma/Primo will replicate or replace those uses.

1. The PPC group will create a matrix to track Melvyl usage at each campus.

2. The IC group will be charged to collect detailed information about how each campus is using Melvyl.

3. The PPC group will consolidate the campus usage matrix into a combined list.

4. The combined list will be presented to Ex Libris.

5. Ex Libris will identify Melvyl usages that Alma / Primo can replace, and provide a demo or overview of how that functionality will work.

6. The PPC and IC groups will verify that Ex Libris solutions will work.

7. For any items deemed not replaceable by Alma / Primo, the PPC group will determine if other solutions outside of Melvyl exist, including testing those solutions.

8. Once all melvyl usage has been accounted for, the PPC group will determine if Melvyl is still required post-live.
